Processing times differ from shipping times

Our current processing time is 10-15 business days on custom orders.

Ready to ship items will ship within 3 business days.

 

What are my shipping options?

We offer free Economy shipping on all orders over $50

 

All times and dates given for delivery of our products are given in good faith, but are estimates only.

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking information where applicable. 

 

How is my subscription filled?

If you have purchased a subscription your order will be shipped on or prior to the 10th of each month. 

What happens if my order is delayed?

In the event your order is delayed due to shipping and brought to our attention, we will assist in finding your package through the shipping provider. If the order can not be found, you will then be offered a replacement or to be refunded for your order. 

In the event that your order is delayed for any other reason you will be notified immediately.
