Refund policy

Due to the nature of our custom products we do no accept returns or exchanges. 

Custom orders may be canceled and refunded if requested within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are any issues with your order you will be required to return the item(s) before replacements will be sent. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, ready to ship items or gift cards.
